Manual pairings & exclusions

AI pairing doesn't mean giving up control. You can guide or override it whenever you want.

Hand-picked pairings

For products where you know exactly what belongs together, set the pairing yourself. A manual pairing takes precedence over the AI's suggestion for that product.

Exclusion lists

Add products to an exclusion list to keep them out of recommendations entirely — useful for out-of-stock items, low-margin products you don't want to push, or anything off-brand to recommend.

When to use each

• Use hand-picked pairings to guarantee a specific companion (a signature bundle, a required accessory).
• Use exclusions to remove noise so the AI's automatic pairings stay high quality.

Note: Manual pairings and exclusions work alongside AI pairing — the AI fills the gaps you haven't set by hand.
