Inventory Rescue

Inventory Rescue turns slow-moving stock into upsell revenue without a store-wide sale.

How it works

1. Pressure scoring — UpsellEngine scores products by inventory pressure: how many units are on hand and how long they've been sitting.
2. Boosting — flagged, aging products get a higher weight in the offers shoppers already see.
3. Automatic discount tiers (optional) — set tiers that deepen on a schedule (for example −10%, then −15%, then −20%) until the stock clears.

Why not just run a sale

A store-wide sale discounts everything and trains customers to wait for deals. Inventory Rescue targets only the shoppers already buying something the aging item complements, so you protect margin on everything that didn't need help.
