How the AI recommendation engine works, in two stages. Stage 1 runs automatically every night to learn your store: starting from your catalog and orders, it uses three parallel sources — reading a new store’s catalog to pair complementary items by meaning, learning from real orders once they arrive, and a full-coverage safety net so every product is covered — which merge into a recommendation for every product. Stage 2 runs live for each shopper as a sequence: when a shopper adds a product, the engine ranks candidates by what actually earns, then re-ranks by profit margin and inventory pressure to favour high-margin and slow-moving stock (the key difference), then filters for in-stock items at the right price with any A/B test, and shows the perfect offer in the cart.
